Geocache Description:

This cache invites you to look at and admire a unique work of art in a nice residential neighborhood. The second stage takes you to a place you might want to go anyway if you have errands to run on the same day, or if you want to take a walk on a nice walking path next to a Wildlife Refuge.

This is a two-stage multi cache. You need to go to the first location to get the coordinates of the actual cache.

I wanted to place a cache at the coordinates, but it wasn't possible. When you get there, you'll see why. This is a residential neighborhood with no sidewalks and no "public" property very close by. To show you the first location, I turned this into a two-stage multi cache.

At the first coordinates, please take some time to admire the unique structure. It looks as if a very large hobbit had a pile of bricks and decided to do some building without the benefit a level or a plumb line.

While you admire the ingenuity and creativity of this construction, take note of how many arches there are. You will use that number to replace the 'X' in the latitude of the actual cache location. Now, after you have sufficiently admired this interesting construction, write down the address you see on the curb.

Put them in a column like this where A= the first number, E = the last number:

A = __
B = __
C = __
D = __
E = __

Use those five numbers to get the coordinates for the actual cache container which is about two miles away. It is at a latitude of C2 XX.50(E-5) and a longitude of AB C+3 C+2 E-3. AE(B-1).

The cache is a well-camouflaged black film canister that contains a log and some cute buttons and beads for trade items. There is a very small pencil in the container, but it might be easier to sign the log if you bring your own pen.

At the second location, you can park in the parking lot within 20 feet of the cache. After signing the log and trading goodies, the nearby store can provide you with cache logs, pens, and other swag.
