Geocache Description:

An easy walk to a pond in a nature sanctuary in Croton on Hudson.

The hardest part of this cache hunt may be locating the trailhead. You can park at 41 13.376 73 54.303. Driving directions and a map are available at: (visit link)

A yellow blazed trail loops around the pond, and both legs are easy walking on old wood roads. Once at the pond, you can take a break on the bench, listen to the frogs and watch the dragon flies flit over the pond. The cache is a clear rubbermaid container with the usual goodies.
