Near the Broughton River

Container is a plastic jar with a screw top. It initially contained a notebook, ballpoint pen, hose clamp, reel of cotton, key tag, and a small bell.The location is named as it was before the lovely old bridge was opened (25 Sept 1879)

Lovely old bridge. Wire has been placed across each end now to prevent vehicles driving on the bridge. It looks sturdy enough to me (although what do I know about bridges?!?!?). Thankyou for organising the hunt and bringing us here.
