I have titled this cache Windy Point because everytime I visit this location its always cold and windy. There has been some development (July 2010) at the top of the cliff to prevent people walking where they shouldn't as well as a new viewing platform. You should not have any issues accessing this cache while staying on the correct side of the fence. Please be advised that this is also known as a certain hotspot and I might suggest no night raids to this location for your own safety.
