Skra Bro är en gammal stenbro över Osbäcken och brons namn har sedermera kommit att ges åt ett område runt bron. I forna tider var bron dåligt anpassad till vägen på ömse sidor, vilket gjorde att hästkärrorna skrapade i bron. I folkmun fick den därför namnet "Skrapebron", vilket senare har förkortats till Skra Bro. Den gamla bron är numera en av två gångbroar och för motortrafiken finns en modern betongbro.
Skra bro is an old stone bridge over Osbäcken and its name has been given to an area around the bridge. In ancient times the bridge was poorly adapted to the road on both sides of the bridge, which led to that the horse carts scraped the bridge. The local people called the bridge "The Scrape Bridge", which later was shortened to 'The Scra Bridge'. The bridge is now one of two pedestrian bridges and the cars can use a modern concrete bridge.
