Kyrkovandring #5 - Kaverös kyrka
Göteborgs stad

Kaverös kyrka invigdes 1969 och kyrkan är byggd helt i trä. Kyrkan är ritad av Torsten Hansson, Per Persson och Sven Jönsson alla Göteborgsarkitekter.

Interiören präglas av ljus och har stora naturfärgade träytor av furu. Inredningen är i mörkbetsad furu. Korset på korväggen är av olika stora keramikplattor, som staplats på varandra. I mitten av korset sitter en törnekrona, gjord av konstnär Agneta Larsen.

Denna kyrka har ingen kyrkogård och inte någon kyrkomur. Ta med dig en egen penna.
The Kaverös church was inaugurated in 1960 and the church is completely built in wood. The church is designed by Torsten Hansson, Per Persson and Sven Jönsson all Gothenburg architects.

The interior is minted of light and has large nature coloured wooden surfaces of pine. The interior is staned in dark pine. The cross on the cross wall has large different ceramic plates, that are piled on eachother. In the middle of the cross is a crown of thorns, made by the artist Agneta Larsen.

This church has no cemetery and no church wall. Bring your own pen.
