Idaho Geocachers

Have you takin’ in the view of Pillar Falls and would like to be takin’ in the view from a different angle? Have you wanted to be takin’ in the view of Pillar Falls but don’t have the time to go? Have you wanted to be takin’ in the view of Pillar Falls and thought that it just wasn’t worth the hike? Well here is the chance to be takin’ in all of the above! This cache is for the whole family! Just make sure when you are takin’ it in, you bring your binoculars.

This is the sister cache to the Perrine Bridge which is just a short walk away. The two caches are very similar. The location of the cache is takin’ in the view of Pillar Falls. From here you can be takin’ in the view of both the Perrine Bridge and Pillar Falls. If you are extremely lucky, you may be takin’ in the view of Geocachers going after other caches!

Out doing some caches with family, Our son wearing his bear backpack waiting to fill with goodies from caches. Beautiful view we've never been this far on the canyon rim before. TFTC

Guess I'll have to take a blue face on this one this time around. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but after reading the hint when I got back I was wondering why the coordinates had me down in that big crack? Or maybe it's not hidden in the usual spot for that type of cache?! I'll try again; I see someone else found it today, so it must be there. TFTWalk

I was following my street pilot which showed me a little road. So I follow it! Well, the gate was open! A hiker asked what my car was doing there. " I just drove to the greenbelt and parked it". "Private Drive," she said. Oops! Then as I turned around to drive out again, the gate was CLOSED! Oh, no! Suddenly, up it went like magic!. I love those electric eyes. Sometimes at caches I wish I had eyes that would see better. Anyway, I had fun finding the cache and put it back just like I found it after signing the log. Thanks for bringing me to this beautiful interesting spot. SL
