This cache will take you on a tour of an inner city
urban art installation that many New Yorkers routinely pass by. It
requires negotiating unique urban terrain and attitudes
(altitudes?), but like finding anything in New York City, half the
fun is exploring on the way to your destination.
The coordinates above will lead you to an entrance portal to the
art installation. Look for the brass sculptures above and to the
left of the entrance. Go in and take our tour:
Begin on the Mezzanine, where there are signs, maps and a few
attendants present to help you find your way.
#1, find the artwork installed near the signs:
"Rockaway Pkwy". There are at least 3 separate installations in
this "gallery", find the one with a gambling theme.
Find the numbers on the East side of the dice and add them
together:

#2, On your way up/down the largest ramp at this
location, pause half way and find the workers cleaning up. Looking
at the artwork, take the number of subway tokens being swept up and
add it to the number of workers gathering them up:

#3, Look for the "gallery" with the sign reading:
"Central Park West". Find a piece of artwork where some coins have
bites taken out of them. Count the number of coin pieces with bite
marks and add one to it.

#4, Number of figures that will get away with
slipping under any fence in this installation.

add 0.0CD' to the longitude
