RRS #16: The Forgotten Pond Traditional Cache

RRS, or Redmond Ridge Series is a collection of caches located within the 3 neighborhoods of Redmond Ridge. Trilogy, Redmond Ridge, and Redmond Ridge East.

When Redmond Ridge was being constructed (The neighborhood within Redmond Ridge) land was set aside for commercial use. Obviously most of the land still hasn't been built on except for a few areas. The land directly across from this cache has recently been re purposed as an unofficial (and illegal) place to test your cars off-roading ability. This cache, however, is located just in front of storm water pond that's completely out of view from the road.
You are looking a micro container (surprise!) under some rocks.
