Mt.
Yuan Zui is located in Heping Township, Taichung County. The
elevation is 2180m.
Yuan Zui
means mouth of the milvus migrans, that means
Mt. Yuan Zui is very sharp and precipitous like mouth of the milvus
migrans.
You will
need good physical strength and courage to climb this mountain,
While walking on the Yuan Zui Mt, the shining rocks may bring your
attention when sun is brightly shined; because of the rock texture
mainly contains white-quartz in it.
Pay
attention please!
1. The time
back and forth to climb the Yuan Zui Mt. is probably 4 hours, I
advise you to begin to climb before 8 o'clock in the morning and
bring water and food for supplement your physical. gloves, stick,
raincoat, flashlight and good shoes for climb is
essential.
2. Please
apply required Mountain Access Permit in Dadong Police Office
before you travel in Mt. Yuan Zui, You must bring the ID card and
NT$10 for apply permit and you can be climbing and applying on the
same day.
3. You need
good weather for climb, watch this website : Central
