Jak již název napovídá, bude tento event trochu vyjímecný. Budou se totiž úcastnit geokolegové z Hamburgu.

1st Hamburg-Prague CITO Event

9.10.2009 - Moc dekujeme za pozitivní ohlasy. Moc nám to zvedlo náladu a brzy pro vás usporádáme nejakou další akci.

30.9.2009 - Tak mám pro vás aktuální informaci: Z duvodu opravdu vysokého poctu prihlášených úcastníku se nám rozsírí oblast úklidu.

Rozdelení úcastníku bude do trí skupin:
1. skupina: Urcena pro rodice s detmi v poctu cca 20 sberacu. Pytle budou muset táhnou sebou až k rybníku Labut, kde bude kontajner.
2. skupina: Ucena pro odolnejší jedince v poctu cca 20. Pytle budou muset táhnou sebou až k rybníku Labut, kde bude kontajner.
3. skupina: Urcena pro otrlý zbytek. Uklízet se bude oblast mezi autobusovým nádražím Roztyly, cestou k hotelu Nosál a dálnicí. Pytle bude treba nosit do kontajneru na križovatce u hotelu Nosál.

Pokud si budete po eventu chtít ješte popovídat s hamburskými geokolegy, tak budeme od 18:00 hodin v restauraci Antal na Budejovické. Proto si tam rezervujte stul, bude tam plno. :)

Akce probehne 3.10.2009.

Místo konání je Krcský les mezi Roztyly a Thomayerovou nemocnicí.
Sraz je v 9:00 poblíž hotelu Nosál viz mapka.

Doporucuji se dopravit metrem na stanici Roztyly, a odtud dojít po ceste na místo srazu.
Geovozidlum bude nejlépe na hlídaném parkovišti u nákupního domu Obi. Odtud prejdete silnici a pokracujte na místo srazu, jako by jste šli z metra.

Event bude vyjímecný zahranicní úcastí 10 cacheru z Hamburgu. Pokud se chcete seznámit, vymenit pár TB nebo GC, ci jim ukázat nejakou peknou kešku v okolí, jste vítáni.

S sebou si vezmete odpovídající oblecení, rukavice a svacinu. Bordel, pytle a organizaci zajistím já.
Konkrétne se bude cistit okolí cyklostezky a okolí rybníka Labut, viz mapa 'Plánovaná trasa 1'.
Pokud bude úcast hojná, rozdelíme se, a pribereme si i cestu blíže k dálnici viz mapa 'Plánovaná trasa 2'

Pokud bude pekné pocasí a chut, sejdeme se po skoncení eventu (cca 14:00) v míste zahájení, a posedíme v tamní hospudce.

Akce je porádána za podpory mestské cásti Praha 4, takže pytle po nás sesbírají. Kdo ale bude chtít, muže si vzít suvenýr domu.:)

Dále bych rád požádal, aby ti co mi slíbili pomoc s oraganizací mi napsali do pošty.

Svou pripadnou ucast prosim co nejdrive potvrdte formou "Will Attend Logu" potrebuji znat pocet ucastniku kvuli zabezpeceni pytlu.

The event will be held on October 3, 2009.

The event will be located at Krcsky les between Roztyly and Thomayerova nemocnice.
The meeting point is near by the Nosál hotel at 9:00 am. Please see the map.

I recommend to take the tube to the Roztyly station and then walk on the path to the meeting point.
Geo cars might be guarded at the parking with the security near by the Obi shopping centre. Then you will cross the street and walk to the meeting point on the path from the Roztyly underground station.

Especially 10 cachers from Hamburg will be attended at this event. If you want to know new people, exchange couple of TB or GC, or show some nice cache in the surround, you are welcomed to come over!

Please wear suitable dress and gloves, and also take some snack for you. I will make all other arangements. I will arrange the rubbish and sacks.
In fact the area around the cycle path and by the Labut pond are going to be cleaned. Please see the map "Scheduled route 1" for more details.
In case there are many participants, we will make groups and clean out the path toward to the highway (please see the map "Scheduled route 2".

We will meet at the meeting point at the end of the event (approximately at 2 pm). If the wheather is good and we are in the good mood, we can relax at the local pub.

The event is supported by the town hall of the district at Prague 4, which will arrange to collect the sacks. But if you like, you can take some souvenir with you. :)

Please confirm your attandence as soonest as possible at "will attand" log. I need to know the number in order to arrange enough sacks.
