We will begin the event with lunch at the Wildlife Center prior to the clean-up activity. Cachers are asked to bring a dish to pass, along with their own drinks and tableware. After lunch we will be sprucing up the rain garden located next to the Wildlife Center. If we have a good turnout and time allows, we will also be planting perennials in the Butterfly Garden.
This park is very cacher friendly with 17 caches located within the park. These caches are very well suited for all ages. This event will make a great opportunity to introduce a friend or two to geocaching!
Please indicate your intentions of attending this event so that the park staff can plan accordingly. When you post a note, please mention what food item you will be bringing for the covered dish lunch. If you have digging tools (shovels, picks, kids), please feel free to bring them along!
