Geocache Description:

The GPSr mothership has landed and is currently monitoring the earth. Come and pay it a visit.

Don't be disappointed by the size of the mothership. Anyone that's ever seen a science fiction movie show knows that motherships are always much larger inside than they appear from the outside. This mothership is probably big enough to fit a small community of alien life forms plus farm animals and a few human specimens plucked out of corn fields in the Midwest

To get to the cache, follow the directions for the Stairs to the Mothership (GCYHW2) cache.

The cache is located along a well defined (and sometimes paved) path. When you get to the cache area, do not climb over the fence. The cache is not in plain view but should be relatively easy for experienced cachers to find and only a little challenging for beginners. The cache is big enough for some smallish geo-stash items. Please dont try and hide the cache better than you found it.

If you want a longer walk (and you came from the Stairs to the Mothership cache) just continue walking along the path in the same direction. A little further on you will get views of Marin, the Richmond / San Rafael Bridge and a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge.

[There is sometimes a sign that describes this location. If it's missing and you're curious, you can find out more about the mothership here: www.earthscope.org]
