Kaskey's Puzzle Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

ODragon: I've replaced it enough already so now I will just archive it. If I can come up with a new idea for the area, I will.

3.5 years isn't a bad run. I'll take it.

Geocache Description:

The cache is located right off a “trail” so no bushwhacking is required. It is very easy to find if you’re looking for it as there aren’t many places it could be hidden. The trails are well marked and not steep.

Kaskey Memorial Garden (aka the biopond) is one of the hidden gems on Penn’s campus. This small oasis in the city has a koi and turtle filled duck pond (complete with ducklings at the right time), many different species of trees and plants and a decent amount of sitting area (benches and some tables).

The container is 13 x 5.5 x 5.5 inch plastic container. Please make sure the lid is replaced tightly.
Sadly, parking may be more difficult to find than the cache itself but is available not too far from the area. Check out Spruce Street and enter via Hamilton Walk at 36th street (see Parking photo).

Now on to the puzzle. Translate this to determine the location of the cache.

The coordinates of this cache had 15 feet of accuracy and were averaged 300+ readings using a Garmin GPSr. Additionally, the elevation appears to be 47 ft above sea level.

I’d like to congratulate MajorT, Team Mccambjd and Nellsnake Crew for first, second and third (respectively) to solve and e-mail me.

The Septa bus 40 and 42 stop very near to the cache site.

DO NOT post any spoilers. Your log will be deleted!

07-08-05: Cache re-enabled. Please make sure you don't move the wood or it may be seen from the trail. (I think led to the first disappearance.)

08-18-05: Tired of this not being found so I'm removing the members only tag. Find it!

03-13-06: Regular sized container has been replaced by a smaller camo'd tennis ball container.
