NASA has requested the help of the Geocaching community to help locate their missing rover. Shortly after launch, communications was lost with the vehicle and it is believed to be far off course. Last known coordinates are posted above but we know it has traveled some distance.
Data is being received from the rover showing its surroundings. Each transmission takes about 5 to 7 days. As each photo is received by JPL it will be added to the website. We anticipate up to four photos before the system fails.
Please assist by finding the rover before its batteries are exhausted.
