Geocache Description:

The Geolympix Solar System Series was inspired by a visit to Zürich in 2010, where I saw a 1:1bn scale solar system. GSS caches are hidden at scale distances from the 'sun'; the golden globe atop West Wycombe church.

Eris is the most massive known dwarf planet and one of the most distant objects known to orbit our sun. At an average distance of 67.67 AU or 10.12 billion Km. At the moment it's about 96.6 AU (96.6 times the average distance between the Earth and the Sun) away.

The co-ords above are for suggested parking only. The cache isn't hidden there. You'll need to apply the co-ord corrections found in GSS10: Pluto to get the correct co-ords. The location will take you to a point close to a former rocket engine test site; fitting, I felt!
