This is an easy ammo can find. You can drive relatively close to this one with 4-wheel drive. It is a bit sandy.
We were camping in the area again and had to place another cache for future generations. This is near the Goblin Valley Utah State Park and is a great area to camp, hike and explore. There are many roads that with the right vehicle can really be fun.
We spent three days here and hiked over 15 miles in different areas. We hiked Crack Canyon, Window with a View! (GC26DVJ), Ding and Dang Canyon (GC1NZTH), and of course, Goblin Valley itself and surrounding areas (GC289PV). We even found an unpublished geocache near 38N 33.618 110W 44.937.
This is BLM land, but please be respectful to the environment so that we can enjoy this area for years to come. Stay on the defined roads and don't chase the lizards. Their tails fall off.
