the recommended parking area is in the lot located at N 42'47.771 , W 071'02.712 . anywhere in this lot will do during the daytime. you could also park along the road near the trailhead as long as there aren't any signs noting otherwise. the trailhead is found at N 42'47.558 , W071'02.684 . the trail will take you down a very scenic path along the resivoir with some slight grade changes. the final approach is off of the trail and slightly patchy but not too bad at any time of the year.
the cache contains no more than a pencil and a paper to log your find on. there is no sharpener, so, bring a spare or let us know in the logs that the writing utensil needs honing or replacement. either i, or the next cacher, will fix the problem. the coordinates were obtained with a twenty five foot accuracy and are not dead on. but have no fear, the hide is simple. the whole idea is to get you out on this side of the lake (my favorite side). enjoy.
