The orginal cache location is under water but was saved before it was swept out to sea. The cache was moved to high ground and is now a cammoed micro.Because of all the construction going on in this area you must now park near the Community Garden and take a nice .25 mile stroll past the garden and the future home of the Escondido Police Department. A lot has changed in the last 15 years, it is now alright to park in the Police Departments parking lot.
