This cache is very accessible for all and located near the Ocotillo Wells SVRA Headquarters. While you are at the cache, take a moment to walk through the native plant garden which is nearby. While in the desert, please be safe. Take time to plan your trip. Let someone know where you are going and when you will return, take lots of water and food, take a cell phone, take a signal mirror, and bring the right kind of vehicle. Now this cache does not require anything but a street vehicle, however there are a lot of nearby caches that do require an Off-Highway Vehicle. Ocotillo Wells is an advocate of responsible Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation.
