Geocache Description:

Very historic and well preserved, this small coastal town boasts more than 50 buildings classified by the National Trust. Enjoy the bluestone buildings and picturesque old cottages, the shops and restaurants. Here you will also find maccamob’s one hundred and seventh cache.

We once entertained thoughts of retirement here, but prices have risen rapidly. Mary’s favourite old house is currently on the market – a steal at about $1.25m. The local Visitor Information Centre has details of several self-guided tours of the town’s historic buildings and maritime heritage. Note that information available online may not match details available at the locations.

At the posted coordinates you will find one of the oldest buildings in town which is also claimed to be the oldest of its kind in Victoria.
In what year was it built? Year = abcd
How many miles to Yambuk? Miles = ef

Nearby is a bluestone memorial with a propeller at its base.
When was the memorial unveiled? Date = g/h/ijkl
When was the ship lost? Date = mn/o/pqrs How many crew were lost? Crew = tu How many years service had the ship seen? Years = vw

The cache can be found at S 38º 23.k(c + d)(h - i), E 142º 14.(r x s)fv.
There is a popular car park opposite the cache site, so you may need to use stealth in accessing it. The difficulty rating reflects this. As usual, please make sure you return the cache to its exact hiding place, replace the natural camo as you find it and ensure that the cache is not visible.
