PHEROMONE Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Green Achers: Times up. This cache is getting muggled by a little runt. Luckily no travel bugs have ever been lost however, they're not currently safe. Trade items that remain will be recycled into other caches.

Thanks to everyone that made this cache so fun and for the trust in so many cachers that have raced their Travel Bugs here.

Geocache Description:

This cache was placed to recieve Racing Travel Bugs (That's a R.T.B.). The cache is a LARGE Ammo box and very easy to get to. There are only a couple houses across the street but your car will block one (neither of the houses know what's going on). Don't worry about the farm. (Permission has been granted and the farmer knows what you're up to).

There is nothing wonderful about this location. No Great Views, No Surprising Wonders, No challenging Hunt. It's just a great place to end a T-Bug hunt. If you need to be amazed, this cache actually attracks T-Bugs and that's why it's named PHEROMONE!

The cache is almost visible from the street. Your car will complete the block. Once you locate the cache, you'll find that removing two bricks at one end will allow your hand to unlatch the lid and gain access.

Once inside:
(1) Drop in the T-Bug.
(2) Log your visit (don't skip any Find Numbers).
(3) Look in the Out Going Bugs container and take ONE.
(4) Pull the Flag out of the cache and fly it behind the cache (so it CAN"T be seen from the road). The farmer will then know there's a new travel bug waiting to be recorded.
(5) Replace everything as you found it (or better if needed).

If you are NOT dropping off a travel bug, you're still welcome to pick ONE up ONLY if it's in the Out Going Bugs section. You'll also need to log your visit but again, don't skip any Find Numbers. Please don't bother with the flag. It's for New Travel Bug Arrivals.

One more note:
If you are organizing a T-Bug Race intending it to end here, please send an email so we can know what to expect and help record the results.

Thank you and enjoy your races.
