The cache is near Inspiration Point in the hills behind Santa Barbara. The hike is about 3.5 miles round trip with an elevation gain of about 800 ft. For details on how to get to Inspiration Point, check out this website:

The cache is not exactly at the Point, but nearby. Be sure to walk up to the Point for great views of Santa Barbara, the Channel Islands and the Pacific.
The cache is a Tupperware unit containing, at least, a logbook. We originally put a disposable camera in the cache. Photos of our fellow cachers are posted on this site. Perhaps someone will put in another disposable camera!
