A simple little water cache with a twist or two.This idea was seen in California where many have solved the logistics of a Hydro Flute cache, so this one is different.The owner of that cache has agreed we may use his concept. In a perfect world, this cache would float your boat with less than two cups of water. I would suggest you have a tad more. A gallon plastic milk jug works well. Water is nearby. The term Hydro Picollo was coined by Ventura Kids after they found several larger water caches in the Inland Empire (Southern California). But do not forget that the Picollo is a wind instrument. Tiny container with no provision to sign in. Please e-mail your observation of the contents and their meaning to the cache owner and just log your find. Finally, please solve the cache with water, not heavy machinery. I plan to delete any entries that discuss taking the cache apart to solve it. Do not ruin the fun for others. Parking is available at adjoining public landing area or on paved road at top of hill. Please be cautious of muggles.
