Kyrkovandring #27 - Grevegårdens kyrka
Göteborgs stad

Grevegårdens kyrka invigdes i augusti 1992 av biskop Lars Eckerdahl. Kyrkan är ritad av kyrkoarkitekt Rolf Berg från Myhrenbergs arkitektkontor, Stockholm. Den är särpräglad med sitt åttakantiga kyrkorum, det konsekventa valet av naturmaterial och den djärva färgsättningen. Orgeln, som invigdes några år senare. Den har sju stämmor och är byggd av Tostareds orgelfabrik. Mitt i det nästan runda kyrkorummet står en dopfunt. Bakom altaret finns ett glasmosaikfönster.

Grevegårdens kyrka was inaugurated in August 1992 by Bishop Lars Eckerdahl. The church is designed by the church architect Rolf Berg from Myhrenbergs arkitektkontor, Stockholm. It is distinctive with its eight corned church room, its consistent choice of nature materials and bold colour scheme. The organ was inaugurated a couple of years later. It has seven tunes and is built by Tostareds orgelfabrik. In the middle of the church room stands a christening font. Behind the altar there are glass mosaic windows.
