Geocache Description:

A magnetic nano coloured to match the surroundings and positioned somewhere on the Llandudno promenade bandstand.

The Llandudno promenade bandstand has been a permanent fixture since the beginning of the last century but between 1877 and 1910 there was a mobile platform, known as the Juggernaut, which used to be towed by horses to various vantage points. The first known band to parade on the promenade was a German band in1857, however, before the advent of MoD cutbacks in the 1990s famous military bands, notably the Royal Marines, Welsh Guards and Royal Welch Fusiliers, frequently beat the retreat on the promenade.
There is ample parking in the area, some free and some areas metered.
There is wheelchair access up to the last few yards.
This is a high density muggle area especially in the holiday season and weekends throughout the year but the cache has been placed to give the best opportunity to find and log it even at the busiest times.
You will need to bring a pen – initials only on the log please.
