The cache is located next to the river hamble near Warsash, the terrain is flat but pebbly, we did do it with a pushchair without too much of a struggle. Head for the day-glo pink ferry house (yes it is pink :) and you're on your way.
Suggested parking for this cache is off Passage Lane. It is free day or night anytime of the year.

As you’ve probably gathered from the title this is next to the water, both sides in fact so some wellies or hiking boots are recommended if its wet although the terrain is mostly pebbles apart from the last bit which is kind of woodland/marsh.
The cache is under a mile from the parking and is ideal if you like yachting, bird watching or just a nice walk.
The cache is a white tupperware container.
