Erected in 1898 by J.A. Culbreth for holiness prayer meetings. Served as Falcon Holiness School in 1903. Site of consolidation of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Fire Baptized Holiness Church in 1911. Moved to present location from Culbreth Church ~ 1974. (National Register of Historic Places 1983)
