Geocache Description:

Micro with a log but bring your own pencil. Please replace as you found it.

Simple cache in a newly landscaped area. New location as the development continues.

Close to the developing Potomac Yards area and should see some changes over the coming years. The changes started with the new Route 1 bridge over the railway - straightening out US Route 1 as it heads out of Old Town. This part of a new "linear park" that will run from Braddock Rd Metro to Four Mile Run. The overall plan is described here. (visit link)

Named this cache for the street that was rerouted by the bridge and in honor of Munro baggers - those hikers/climbers who aim to climb all the 3000 ft peaks in Scotland - known as Munros. This cache is much closer to sea level!
