According to Wikipedia, "Signs" is a song by the Canadian rock group Five Man Electrical Band. "Signs" was originally released in 1970 as the B-side to the unsuccessful single "Hello Melinda Goodbye".
Re-released in 1971 as the A-side, "Signs" reached No. 3 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
