This is a GeoPost Office and TB Motel

w
hat is a GeoPost Office?
A Geopost office is a place to swap postcards from cachers from all over the world

What do I do?
Quite simple really. If you know a cacher in a far off distant land, or even on the other side of the state or country. send them a post card.

How does it work?
It works just like a Travel Bug just its a postcard. There is no T.B.# just the GC# of the GeoPost office that its trying to reach.

What if there is no Geopost office near my caching friend?
No problem... Just address it to the nearest cache that is big enough to hold the Postcard.

What should I say in the postcard?
Anything you want to. There is only 1 restriction "CHILD FRIENDLY". Don't forget this postcard will travel from cache to cache via other cachers.  They may have kids with them so don't write anything inapproiate.

What should the postcard look like to send it?
It will look just like any postcard you would send through the USPS. The only thing different is that instead of a real address, you need to place GC #'s instead. This includes the return address. Oh and no stamp needed.

If I don't have a Postcard to send, what should I do when I find a postcard in a GeoPost or cache?
The best thing you can do is to help move it closer to its final destination. If you are going in the oppiset direction please leave it for a cacher that is going in the direction that the postcard needs to go in.

I can move it closer to its final destination now what?
Please notice the sender and the receiver of the postcard that you have retrieved it and plan on dropping it in GC????.
This way both cachers know where it is.

How do I find a GoePost Office?
I am including a link here ------>  GeoPost Office Listings   to all of the known listings of Official GeoPosts

Hay this is cool, I want my own GeoPost Office  what do I do?
Find a location in another town that doesn't have a Geopost Office and place one yourself. If you do please follow this link ---->  Geopost listing area
and tell about where your GeoPost is and the GC#.

This cache is also a TB Motel.       It is not a prison.
You do not need to trade any TBs or coins, if you see one you want to take then do so. In the future you can just drop something off to move on.
