Geocache Description:

There are a total of five traditional geocaches we have placed in this general area to make it worth your while to come out to this beautiful area. The geocaches are "Pure Michigan State", "Like A Rock", "Things Aren't Always What They Seem", "Tiny", and "The Hanger". Please enjoy the journey to find them all along Carlton Creek.

The spot we hid this geocache is just beautiful especially if you enjoy nature and the great outdoors. It is incredibly peaceful, quiet, and tranquil. I could enjoy hours out there hanging in a hammock just listening to the water and the critters running around. I hope you enjoy the hike to this location as much as I did. This cache is a traditional cache but it is not in a traditional container. Please bring a pen or pencil to sign the log. This is on public land so there is no worry about trespassing on private property.
