Geocache Description:

This cache is in the Hyde Park area - a nice old part of Austin that for the most part, retains the old little houses and real neighborhood feel. I lived in this area for about 2 1/2 years, and knew all my neighbors on my block. It's just a friendly place to live. If you've never been in this area, you might consider taking a walk around the neighborhood. There are several caches nearby, so you might make this part of a multi-cache outing. You will need to be about 5 feet tall or better to reach this one. The container is a painted Altoids tin. When you replace the cache, make sure the yellow sticker faces the south - it won't stay otherwise. There is parking on the sidestreets, as close as about 20 feet away from the cache. Muggle traffic is high here during any time of the day. The difficulty with muggles goes down after about 10 or 11 pm. Stay stealthy, as this spot is out in the open. The cache is located on public ROW, so don't wander into private yards.
