BYS - Old Christmas Tree Mystery Cache

This is a series I'm in the process of putting out. These caches are on state land in an area known to the locals as the Bone-yard. In the process of asking around, I heard all kinds of stories, until a long-term resident finally set me straight. It seems in days of old, local farmers would drag their dead cattle out there for burial. I can't promise that you will kick over a cow skull. But being state land, you are on your own come hunting season

North of the great lake Chachewa, where the birds fly rings around the moon. Where the partridge watches over his harem of hens. Where nobody messes with the swans and doves.

But further to the west, we find the maids chasing the hens around the farmyard, while a ring of swans waddle around gracelessly. While ignoring the hens, the ladies laugh at the antics of the swans
