Geocache Description:

)

This cache is to celebrate JDLC's 10,000 "smilestone" .

If you have EVER cached around the Linn County area or attended an event in the area, odds are you have ran into Jim (JDLC1936).

You can spot JDLC from some distance with his traditional yellow tape measure suspenders and if it's in the winter time, his pitchfork.

There is no cache that Jim wont go after and wont give up on a cache until he can find it. What makes it more impressive is that he does this w/o carrying a cellphone (well, he finally got one in2013) and as his geoname says, was born in 1936!!

Jim is always willing to help any geocacher with a puzzle or a hint on a cache he might have done. Jim's vast knowledge on MANY different things has helped him on more than one occasion in solving caches.

CONGRATS JIM!!!!
