Begib Dich zu den oben genannten Koordinaten.
Dort triffst Du auf einen älteren Herren auf hohem Niveau ( in zweifacher Hinsicht).
Merke Dir seine (allgemeine!) Bezeichnung und ersetze die einzelnen Buchstaben durch ihre Position im Alphabet (A=1, B=2, C=3, ..., Z=26).
Nun eine kleine Rechenaufgabe:
Bilde die Summe der Zahlen, die sich aus den Buchstaben ergeben haben, ===> X
Begib Dich nun quer über den Platz an die gegenüberliegende Ecke. Spätestens jetzt siehst Du ein Gebäude, das mit dem Cache-Namen zu tun hat. Geh dorthin.
Vom Gebäude aus musst Du nun in Richtung (360-1,5*X)° (wahre Nordreferenz) X Schritte gehen.
Im "Inneren" eines weiteren Gebäudeteiles kannst Du nun den Schatz heben.
Hier noch ein paar zusätzliche Hinweise für den Sommer (ist alles ganz schön zugewuchert in letzter Zeit):
Wenn Du das erste Gebäude nicht sehen kannst, geh die Pfarrstraße hinab. Das zweite "Gebäude" ist inzwischen auch hinter ner Menge Grünzeug verschwunden, wenn Deine X Schritte nicht ausgereicht haben, einfach nochn Stück weiter gehen.
Der Ausgangspunkt für die Schrittzählung befindet sich übrigens am oberen Teil von Gebäude 1, oben auf dem Plateau.
Vom gesuchten Begriff aus einfach um die Ecke rum könnt Ihr Eure leeren Mägen füllen, im Nachbarhaus gibt's weitere Informationen über meinen Heimatort. Im Hof des Pfarramtes gleich neben dem Rathaus könnt Ihr derzeit übrigens (noch) die älteste Kirchenglocke Sachsens bestaunen.

Go to the coords written above.
There you will meet an older gentleman on a high level (in two ways).
Remember its (common!) term (so bring a dictionary along with you or ask a passant) and reset the single letters by their position in the alphabet (A=1, B=2, C=3, ..., Z=26)
Now you have to solve a little arithmetical problem:
Add up the numbers that resulted from the letters. The sum: ===> X
(You can also use the English expression for the person, but then you have to add the last number twice).
Cross the place to the opposite corner. Now at the latest you can see a building. Its name has to do with the cache name ("guard of the fortress"). Go there.
From the building you have to make X steps in the direction of (360-1.5*X)°. On the "inside" of another part of the building you can find the cache.
Some additional hints for the summer (because of all the trees, that became green during the last months):
If you can't see the first building, just walk down the "Pfarrstraße" (street). In between, the second "building" is hidden behind trees, too. If your X steps are not enough, simply make some more steps.
In addition the starting point for counting the steps is on the higher point of building 1, on the plateau.
From the word you searched for just go around the corner, there you can have a nice meal and in the neighbouring house is a little museum about my home town. In the court of the rectory next to the townhall (in German Rathaus) you can (still) take a look on the oldest church bell of Saxony.
