Un atelier d’introduction à la géocachette sera offert par
des membres du groupe CacheUp NB au Parc Rotary St-Anselme à 12h.
L’atelier est gratuit.
La géocachette est un loisir qui consiste à utiliser la technique
du géopositionnement par satellite (GPS) pour rechercher un
contenant, appelé « cache », dans divers endroits à travers le
monde. La géocachette est un loisir pour les gens de tous les âges
qui ont un sens de l'aventure et d'esprit communautaire.
Nous invitons les géocacheurs de la région à venir aider les
non-géocacheurs à cet événement.
Je m'attends d'avoir un grand nombre de participants alors je
demande que les geocacheurs soient nombreux afin de me donner un
bon coup de main.

Description:
An introduction to geocaching workshop will be offered by
members of CacheUp NB at 12 noon at the St-Anselme Rotary Park. The
workshop is free.
Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played
throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS
devices. The basic idea is to locate hidden containers, called
geocaches, outdoors and then share your experiences online.
Geocaching is enjoyed by people from all age groups, with a strong
sense of community and support for the environment.
I am anticipating a large number of participants for this event so
I am hoping to see many geocachers to give me a hand.
We are asking in the region to come and help guide new potential
geocachers
