Geocache Description:

A medium sized cache located off a path that links the Witton Weavers Way (or Edge Lane) and Entwistle Reservoir. It can be approached from either way.

The path from Witton Weavers Way is not suitable for buggies or bicycles. It is rough and muddy and can be slippery. There is an old covered well on the right-hand side going down. Further on down of the left-hand side, inside farmland, is a small hillock studded with a few trees that looks man-made. Maybe even from the Iron Age.

The path from Entwistle Reservoir is a public footpath and an uphill track across farmland with a small watercourse to the right. Water Crowfoot grows in it.

When you reach the clearing you will notice the remnants of an old building. It is a beautiful site with far reaching views. To me it is an enchanting place which is why I named the cache E. Glade. The cache is hidden nearby. Good luck.
