SAW I – WELCOME TO MEDICINE HAT


Welcome to Medicine Hat and welcome to Southern Alberta Weekend I.

The weekend kicks off on Friday, August 20, 2010 and goes straight through to Sunday, August 22, 2010.

The Tiny Bubbles Flash Mob event kicks it off on Friday followed by SAW I – Welcome to Medicine Hat. The Start time for this event is 7:30pm and will be held at Smitty’s Pancake House located in the Medicine Hat Mall. Plan to attend as this is where the “never before seen and newly designed” Brass Cap Geocoin makes its début. Everyone attending will have a chance to win one of these highly collectable Alberta geocoins. They are a limited edition coin and may only be available at any one of these SAW I events! (Quantities are limited)

But the fun doesn’t stop there. It’s just starting!! On Saturday, is The Brass Cap Convention and later the Medicine Hat CARMH Event. Wow!!!

We can’t stop there either!!

Our beautiful parks need some extra TLC. So on Sunday, bring your work gloves and help with the 10000, 100, 10, 1 Anniversary CITO Event. For the cachers who have never been to Medicine Hat, be prepared to visit the oldest park and then have a “good-bye” bar-b-que that will be held in Medicine Hat’s largest park.
