You can make long work of this cache by hiking from Highland up the creek bed and Owego walking trails. Or make short work of this by entering past the basketball court and down the hill to the other side.
***Must be someone noticed recent activities through the gates because these have never been locked. It is easy enough to go around the fence at the park's end.***
