This cache is placed in the Welsh Lake Grouse Management Area of the Washburn County forestlands. These 7,100 acres are cooperatively managed by W.C. Forest, Ruffled Grouse Society of America and the Wisc. DNR. A detailed map of the area, including access roads, hunting trails, area boundary and access barriers is available from the DNR or Washburn County Forestry.
