Geocache Description:

A medium-sized lock-and-lock hidden in Veterans Park! We couldn’t squeeze a pen in the container, so please bring something to help facilitate the signing of the log. This area hosts lots of walking dogs and their muggles, so please rehide the cache well!

We have a slight addiction to Chinese take-out food, and we feel that it is very bad luck to throw away the fortunes from the fortune cookies. We have interesting fortunes posted on the fridge, and there are countless others stashed in a variety of places throughout the kitchen. The situation was becoming ridiculous. We were approaching critical mass, and simply HAD to find some way of dealing with all of these little slips of paper while retaining our good luck. Sounds like it’s time to hide a new cache!

Yes – inside this cache you will find an envelope FULL of fortunes. If you care to/dare to, reach into the envelope and seize your fate. We hope that the truly courageous will accept the first fortune that they choose and may even post details in their logs!

This cache was hidden not only to share our fortune collection with the world, but also to celebrate 2008 – according to the Chinese zodiac, a year of the rat. There might be a rare and highly valuable rat-like fraything™ in the cache for the FTF. Good Luck!!
