This is an opportunity as a geocacher to enjoy this sport,
perform a good deed and improve the reputation of this sport. We
are often perceived as group that intrudes and stomps around on
public property. Also at the same time we can meet, exchange
geocaching stories and grab this smiley. This is at the site of a
cache I published 2 years ago and has received several comments in
the posts about a need for CITO.
I know we often make New Year's resolutions only to not keep
them very long. As fellow-geocachers you come across sites such as
displayed above and would like to see it cleaned up. This is an
opportunity to meet with other geocachers to make our "playground"
a little bit better because of us being here. Please assemble at
9:00 a.m. to CITO this area and perhaps begin
an effort to present geocachers in a postive light in our
community. Post your "Will Attend" and bring your work-gloves as
there appear to be bottles and cans in the area. Trash bags will be
provided.
