How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

WHAT:	For the event there will be six new caches placed around the area. Contained in each cache will be a custom card punch. You will need to punch your card at each cache. Each punched card will earn you a "puzzle piece" when you arrive back. The most completed puzzle will win. Want to learn more? Then come to the event! (Description left vague on purpose.)
WHEN:	Friday, August 28th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
WHERE:	The event will be at Taymouth Township Park. The caches will be placed in and around the area.
WHAT TO BRING:	We decided to make this a potluck style event in a park. We are asking everyone to bring a dish to pass. Based on your last name: A - Fie - Potato/Pasta or other salad Fif - Fih - Cheesy Potatoes ;-) Fij - J - Desserts K - O - Your Choice P - T - Veggies/Dip or Fruit/Dip U - Z - Snacks Also, be sure to bring your GPS and any of your "Tools of the Trade." As always, be prepared for anything!
Schedule:	6:00-6:20PM - Mingle and further game description. 6:20PM - Coordinates handed out. 6:20-8:00PM - Find geocaches! 8:00PM - Winners determined and prizes awarded! **If you don't feel like going out and finding the caches, feel free to stay and hang out like usual, don't let the game keep you away.
