This is my first cache try in an urban hide that can be accessed
without a 4x4. Stealth will be needed as muggers are around most of
the time. The cache is a log sheet only, so bring your own pen. It
is well hidden so it may take some time to find. It is handicap
friendly.
Things changed here so the title dosen't mean as much as it did.
Will still leave cache in the same spot. Lowered the rating as it
is easier now.
