Geocache Description:

Quick cache on a pretty cottonwood walking trail. Cache container is just small enough for log. Please be careful to replace as you found it to preserve the hide.

For those of you who have done our Cottonwood Lane cache (GC393KZ), this is a similar cache container hidden with a new twist. We are very fortunate in the north end to have loads of these cute little walking trails sprinkled all over the place, with most of them more or less connecting together. We moved out of Colorado for a bit and realized we failed to appreciate these little gems that make it easy to feel like you're out in the country.

While it's easy to park on the north side and make this a relatively quick cache'n'dash, we'd recommend parking further to the southwest by Briar Ridge Park and walking up the long way, as this is a cute trail.

Cache container is handicap-accessible and the trail is paved. May have some snow on it in winter but is usually cleared. Neighbors near trail may take a look so be sure to be covert. We're still a little new at this so please let us know if coords need adjusting.

A belated congrats to Golden B's and Chihuahuas-3 for being FTF!
