When orignally placed, this was the northernmost geocache in
Europe, a record which did not last for very long. Another
paperback exchange cache, also containing a disposable camera.
Please snap your picture and write your name in the camera log. The
site is a 1 km walk from parking at 69° 45.260'N,
18° 52.064'E, and it has an excellent view of the
Tromsø island.
If you have more time, you can proceed to the peak at
69° 45.660'N, 18° 52.210'E, where you'll have an
excellent view towards the sea. On the way there, the view towards
Tromsø will be even better. Taking the short cut back to the
parking can be a bit steep.
