This cache is based on the movie Contact. Jodie Foster
has received Earth's first message from space - the Vega star
system, but she can't figure out how to decode it. She goes to see
John Hurt who has broken the code. She asks how he did it. He
replies that anyone can - if they think like a Vegan.
There is an ammo box that contains a second locked box inside.
You will need to decode the message before going to the
coordinates. After decoding the message you do not need to
look up any other information. Use your decoded message with
other data at the cache to unlock the box holding the trade items
and logbook that you must sign for a "found it."
