The Theme of This Cache is CYCLING.It is located near the Washington Blvd. Cycling Oval. The same location as the old driver’s training course. Turn off of Washington Blvd. into the Pittsburgh Housing Authority Police Building and park in the lot to the right. Parking coordinates are N40.28.491, W079.54.542.On Tuesday and Wednesday @ 6:30 you can watch cycling races held by Allegheny Cycling Association.(acaracing.com)This cache is in celebration of Lance's 6th Tour de France victory.
