Cache is a Lock and Lock Container. Boots are required the track can get very muddy. If walking or cycling from Dunkeld its a 23km trip
The previous cache was totally destroyed in a moor fire. Placed this one in an area it shouldn't get burnt.
This cache is part of a series of caches from Dunkeld to the Spittal of Glenshee (40KM).
Parking available at N56 34.510 W003 35.517 or in Dunkeld
Cache is situtated close to the Auld Bothy which is now a shell.
There are sheep on the moorland please keep dogs on leads, there is a Osprey nest in the vicinty, coords on request.
